Who are you?
Hi, I’m Melody, a psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher based in Hong Kong. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, but what matters most is meeting you exactly where you are—with respect, cultural sensitivity, and deep care.

My journey into this work began with a simple belief: Even the smallest light can guide us through darkness (just like the firefly that inspires Lumindful’s name). Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationships, or self-discovery, I’m here to help you uncover your own strength and wisdom.

Healing isn’t about ‘fixing’—it’s about understanding your story and reclaiming your choices
A young client once saw shadow as terrifying ghosts. Through therapy, he began to reframe them as ‘angels’, and reclaimed his confidence at school and home. His courage (and his mother’s support) reminded me why this work matters.
